The Blue Devil: An Option

Okay team, I need some advice. I still can't decide what avenue I want to pursue for the On the Road assignment. Which of these stories is more interesting as a story? Or what could be done to enhance either one of them? Any suggestions you guys have I would love to hear. This story is about my twin sister and I and an encounter with the police.
